Fashion Designer/ Tech Pack Creator

Hi,

My name is Hayden and I am starting a brand new clothing line. I am interested in working with a designer who can understand my ideas, and adequately present them to a manufacture who would be able to understand it. I believe this would include tech packs, etc. however I am not sure on what is totally required for the manufacturer.
