Fashion designer/sewer needed for custom wedding dress accessory

Hello! I am looking for someone in NYC who would be able to make a custom accessory for my wedding dress. I already have my dress, but am having trouble finding the accessory I am looking for already made. I am hoping for a lace topper or a cape (attached inspiration pictures for the cape, and a photo of my dress with the type of lace topper I would like but the one pictured did not work with my dress). My wedding is in October of this year, so it would need to be complete before then. Thank you so much!
