We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Retail Stylist to join our dynamic team at Gregory's in The Galleria. As a Retail Stylist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and developing meaningful and loyal client relationships. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining a client base through consistent follow-up with phone calls and messaging.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will communicate the features and benefits of our merchandise beyond the basics, current fashion trends, and suggestive selling techniques to appeal to the customer's needs and ultimately generate sales. You will display an energetic and positive attitude and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

In addition to providing exceptional customer service, you will also be responsible for managing basic store operations, including processing shipment/transfers in a timely manner, merchandising goods on the sales floor, maintaining perfect visual standards, being aware of inventory/shortage concerns, and communicating replenishment needs.

As a Retail Stylist, you must be able to communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management and create strong partnerships with other Gregory's associates and managers to meet customer needs and develop business driving initiatives. You must also have schedule flexibility and dependability.

The successful candidate will have a luxury retail background and be looking for a long-term position. You will be responsible for contributing towards the store reaching and exceeding weekly, quarterly, and annual objectives and goals and will also be responsible for reaching and exceeding personal sales goals. You will also be responsible for driving the store opening and closing procedures.
