Garment Technician/Fashion Designer - Contract to Hire

I am looking for a Garment Tech/Fashion Designer to create a detailed Tech Pack for my apparel brand. We would look someone universal that can design and help with other garment specifications.

We already have a website, instagram, and some clothes. We will used a brand pack that we have designed to help discuss ideas and the look of the business.
