As a Retail Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and layouts to showcase our products in our retail stores. You will work closely with the upper management team to develop and implement merchandising strategies that enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales. This position does not supervise any position.

Personnel Duties and Responsibilities:

· Design and set up visually engaging displays and product arrangements in accordance with brand guidelines and store layout

· Ensure all product displays are organized, clean, and well-maintained to create an inviting shopping environment

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional displays and seasonal themes that highlight featured products and promotions

· Monitor inventory levels and product availability to ensure displays are adequately stocked at all times

· Conduct regular store walkthroughs to assess display effectiveness and make adjustments as needed

· Train and mentor store staff on visual merchandising techniques and best practices

· Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to continuously improve merchandising efforts

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the retail or cannabis industry

· Strong creative eye with the ability to conceptualize and execute visually appealing displays

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design software is a plus

· Knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations is preferred but not required

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
