YOUR MISSION:

Position Overview

As a member of the PUMA North America Go-to-Market (GTM) Wholesale Strategy team, support the management of our Boston HQ wholesale showroom. This role will be responsible for cross functional management of seasonal showroom refreshes as well as overall management of showroom-based meetings and events.

YOUR MISSION (Responsibilities)

  • Responsible for building and managing Showroom calendar in partnership with key cross functional partners (Brand Experience, Facilities, Sales Operations/ samples, Global BU’s)
  • Partner with GTM operations to support key showroom-based milestones – Product Concept Reviews, Pre-lines, Sell-in meetings, and Sales Meetings
  • Coordination and management of showroom bookings
  • Account meeting management: Managing building access, catering and special needs based on meeting type.
  • Partner with brand experience and merchandising on the product and visual set-up needs for strategic account meetings.
  • Partner with brand experience, merchandising, global business units and sales operations on the planning and execution of 4x a year seasonal refresh
  • Support sample unpacking, organization and steaming.

Partner with sales operations on seasonal sample exit strategy and sample shipping for account needs

  • 1- 2 years of industry experience
  • Proactive and assertive in follow-through with colleagues and business partners, including a high degree of self-direction.
  • The ability to apply experience and knowledge to provide creative solutions to challenges.
  • The ability to collaborate with and influence others.
  • Strong organization skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with short timelines and changing priorities.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30lbs as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
