Luxury fashion designer - Contract to Hire

hi, Looking for a luxury designer who. can improve on my designs, add to it, make it even better and cohesive. if they can do surface patterns custom made for each design for a couture like collection even better. this very well can be from Pinterest or internet but not exactly same. the whole collection needs to be cohesive and illustrated with exact colors and if the materials that will be used can be illustrated to even better, I already have a few designs made so they can work on it to add better and more elevated designs
