JOB TITLE:

USPA Men’s Woven Top Assistant Designer

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Assistant Designer will support the Woven Top Senior designer from initial concept/color through to product delivery.

This includes supporting the Woven Top Senior designer for all in the creation of print, trim, fabric, sample developments, and tech pack creation for Woven top categories. Effective communication and thorough prompt follow-up, is a key role in this position.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assists Senior designer to develop the new fabric for Men’s woven shirts such as Y/D Plaid & Print.

· Create seasonal cads and line plan.

· Updates, maintains, and creates tech packs.

· Assists in maintaining/organizing samples, trims, and development library.

· Works cross-functionally with Production teams for follow up and development of new fabric and trims.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience: Min 2 years of experience in Design.

Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Design or related field Skills.

Excellent in Photoshop, Illustrator, ability to work in a team environment, self-starter, and detail oriented.
