Role Specifics

Full Time - Salaried

100% Remote Position

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective pricing strategies to maximize profitability and competitiveness in the market.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze merchandising campaigns and markdowns to optimize sales and inventory levels.
  • Conduct thorough demand planning and forecasting to ensure optimal inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstock situations. This includes generating factory Purchase Orders (PO's) based on demand projections.
  • Oversee product information management, ensuring accurate and compelling product listings across all platforms.
  • Coordinate product detail page (PDP) photography to maintain high-quality visual representation of products.
  • Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience.
  • Manage and coordinate with contractors for Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising and web development, ensuring campaigns are aligned with brand goals and objectives.
  • Drive the customer experience by identifying and implementing opportunities for optimization, including website enhancements, product page improvements, and user flow adjustments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and a unified brand presence.
  • Analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and website performance metrics to identify opportunities for increasing Average Order Value (AOV) and conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands, preferably in the kids fashion and/or footwear industry.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with marketplace management (e.g., Target+, Amazon) and branded websites (e.g., Shopify).
  • Demonstrated expertise in pricing strategy development and execution.
  • Experience in demand planning, forecasting, and generating factory Purchase Orders (PO's).
  • Proficient in product information management and coordinating product detail page (PDP) photography.
  • Familiarity with PPC advertising and web development processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a small, collaborative team environment, demonstrating self-leadership and a proactive, "go-getter" attitude.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
