Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our design team to conceptualize and develop original textile designs that seamlessly integrate traditional Desi patterns, motifs, and colors with modern aesthetics.

Research and draw inspiration from diverse sources, including traditional textiles, cultural heritage, and current fashion trends, to create innovative and unique designs.

Create detailed design sketches and digital renderings, considering factors such as scale, color, and texture to ensure designs translate effectively onto fabric.

Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to oversee the production process, providing guidance and feedback to ensure designs are executed to the highest standards.

Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies in textile design to inform and inspire our design direction.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a textile designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing original textile designs and patterns.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD programs.

Excellent understanding of textiles, including fabric composition, printing techniques, and manufacturing processes.

Strong creative vision and ability to translate concepts into visually appealing and commercially viable designs.

Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
