Need Senior Fashion Designer - Contract to Hire

We are looking for a badass Fashion Designer to join our Industrial Design team and play a vital role in shaping the future of fashion-tech. Responsibilities:

Design and develop captivating women's wear collections aligned with current trends and brand vision.

Utilize expert-level skills in Tech Sketching (e.g., Adobe Illustrator) to create detailed and precise technical drawings for garment construction.

Masterfully utilize CLO 3D to create realistic 3D garment simulations, streamline the design process, and minimize physical prototyping.

Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs translate seamlessly into high-quality, manufacturable garments.

Develop a deep understanding of materials, sourcing, and production costs associated with women's wear apparel.

Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit by actively participating in the design-to-manufacturing process, providing valuable insights and solutions.

Stay up-to-date on fashion trends, textiles, and new technologies within the fashion industry.

Be prepared to work effectively with a passionate team spread across the globe and different time zones to bring our revolutionary ideas to life.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3+ years of experience designing high-quality women's wear apparel collections.

Expert-level proficiency in Tech Sketching software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator ).

Expert-level experience with CLO 3D for creating realistic 3D garment simulations.

Strong understanding of garment construction, draping techniques, and fit.

Solid knowledge of materials, sourcing, and production processes for apparel.

Prior experience working with a startup or an entrepreneurial mindset is a plus.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Passion for fashion, a keen eye for detail, and a strong sense of design aesthetic.
