<p>Our Boston based beauty brand is looking for a Packaging Designer with 5+ years' experience. You'll work across projects in packaging and print production-We are looking for hands on packaging experience in the past 12 months and at least 5 years total packaging experience.</p><ul><li>Ability to take a package design from concept to production using factory die lines.</li><li>Create final mechanicals for production</li><li>Production of logos, banners, and social media icons</li><li>Collaborating with the wider creative team on design aspects of creative briefs</li><li>Designing and developing new packaging concepts and nets for production</li><li>Experience artworking and creating finished art for print and publication</li></ul><p>About you:</p><ul><li>Experience with design software and graphics editing tools such as the Adobe Suite with a strong emphasis on Illustrator and Photoshop</li><li>Understanding of visual elements such as grids, layouts and responsive design, type, and fonts</li><li>Understanding of best practices in web design</li><li>A keen eye for detail</li><li>A strong aptitude for creativity and problem-solving</li><li>Experience artworking and creating finished art for print and publication</li><li>Conceptualize and execute packaging concepts</li></ul>
