Pattern Maker and Tech Pack Specialist

We are seeking a skilled expert in Women's Wear, focusing on the development of both Tech Packs and Pattern Making. The tech packs generated must correspond precisely with the patterns created for those packs. Our range includes everything from daily casual to casual evening for women. This position is part of a long-term project, requiring a candidate who is committed and consistently available to fulfil our ongoing needs. The ideal candidate should be eager to join and contribute to a growing team, They will possess:

A profound understanding of the women's wear industry and fashion sustainability.

At least 7-10 years of experience in the fashion sector.

The ability to produce detailed rendered sketches (including front and back views) for each tech pack, based on provided reference images.

Tech packs are the most important documentation you can have for any garment development and manufacturing, we need an expertise in refining and enhancing our existing tech pack template, welcoming insights, and recommendations.

MUST have familiarity with Australian sizing standards (XXS-XXL).

A commitment to timely responsiveness and the capability to adhere to deadlines.

Exceptional communication skills, both in writing and speaking, in English.

The role may also involve high-quality 3D garment modelling using CLO3D software, subject to discussion depending on the design requirements.

MUST be capable of providing tech packs & patterns in various formats to accommodate the diverse software used by our manufacturers. Patterns should cover:

Pattern Making

Pattern Grading

Pattern Digitizing

Pattern Plotting

Pattern Converting

A proposal for a fixed price per tech pack and pattern creation, acknowledging that costs may fluctuate depending on design complexity.
