Pattern Maker / Drafter / Grader for Woman's Summer Dress

I own a small made-to-order apparel company and I need a pattern of a flowy spaghetti strap dress in sizes, XS-3X, drafted and digitized so that it can be printed at home. I'm hoping to have the project completed by June. With the intended goal that we'll be able to add this new dress to our summer collection.
