We are seeking a skilled and motivated 1st shift Pattern Maker to join our valued team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in our product development process, working with cutting-edge machinery to bring designs to life. While we can’t divulge specific project details, rest assured that our portfolio includes collaborations on game-changing products like outboard engines, electric cars, military equipment, and motorcycles.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Set-up, adjust and operate a wide variety of CNC (Fanuc controlled) and manual machine tools to produce and maintain tooling for foundry castings.
Set-up and maintain tooling for CNC.
Bench tooling to remove cutter marks for proper demolding.
Rig core boxes.
Make jigs and fixtures.
Perform grinding on castings.
Perform leak testing on castings.
Paint patterns using shellac, lacquer or other material.
Adhere to all safety rules and guidelines.
Other duties as assigned

Experience & Qualifications:

Familiar with Fanuc controls preferred.
Stable work history.
Able to work independently.
Forklift operation/certification experience preferred.
Able to lift up to 100 lbs.
Able to stand for long periods of time.
Good verbal communication skills.
