Job Overview:

Front Door Fashion is seeking passionate and entrepreneurial fashion enthusiasts to join our team as Sales-Driven Personal Wardrobe Stylists. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who not only have a keen eye for fashion but are also driven to achieve sales targets through exceptional customer service and personalized styling.

As a stylist, you will have direct access to our extensive inventory and be responsible for curating personalized outfits for clients nationwide, primarily through online requests, and locally via in-person Style Sessions at our Dallas headquarters. This role is sales-oriented, focusing on not only styling but also on regenerating orders by encouraging repeat business and maximizing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Curate personalized, fully accessorized outfits for clients, leveraging our in-house inventory.
Generate repeat orders and foster customer loyalty by providing exceptional follow-up service and creating opportunities for future sales.
Write personalized Outfit Notes, offering valuable styling tips and advice tailored to each client.
Stay informed on the latest fashion trends to educate and inspire clients.
Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and colleagues through effective communication.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively generating qualified leads through various channels, including referrals, social media, and networking.
Efficiently manage your time to optimize productivity and sales outcomes.

Qualifications:

1-4 years of retail or sales experience preferred.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Ability to understand and cater to clients' needs based on lifestyle, body type, and budget.
Proficiency with technology; prior CRM experience is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Effective time management abilities.
An understanding of contemporary brand sizing, fit, and knowledge of various body types.
