About the Role

The Regional Visual Manager is responsible for leading the international store experience strategy for franchise, in partnership with the cross functional team for Latin America primarily, and other regions, as required. This role will work with all four brands under the Gap Inc. portfolio, using commercial planning and VM training to coach franchise accounts to deliver consistent executional results that meet global brand standards each season.

In collaboration with the Senior Manager, the RVM will oversee the VM end-to-end product lifecycle process, applying commercial tactics that support meeting franchise product performance and financial goals. In addition, this role is responsible for managing the VM showroom setup strategy for all brands, driving creative excellence, team collaboration, and blue-sky thinking for market week buying events.

What You'll Do
  • Contributes to functional regional strategy within own area, including the review and validation of windows, instore signage, and floor plans.
  • Knows and understands key KPI goals, how key markets are performing to targets, with the ability to put commercial plans in place to achieve and improve results in areas of influence.
  • Influences in-season management strategies, providing visual solutions throughout the product lifecycle process to improve financial and KPI performance each season.
  • Delivers functional service level and project work, in line with business and partner priorities, with ability to prioritize high value work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively to drive cross functional business goals.
  • Validate, develop, and launch new store points of distribution which meet VM capacity and tiering targets in partnership with Store Design.
Who You Are
  • 3+ years of International Visual Merchandising and corporate showroom setup experience
  • Experience with Franchise or Wholesale accounts preferred
  • Strength in relationship building skills across internal and external teams
  • Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills
  • Excels at multi-tasking, time management and able to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze KPI data to drive a visual solution.
  • Fluency in the Spanish language preferred (written and verbal)
