Job description

POSITION: Retail Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced go-getter who can multitask in a busy corporate office. We are a luxury optical retailer with boutiques throughout the country. We house some of the finest luxury eyewear in the industry. The ideal candidate is fashion forward, has an upbeat attitude and can work well under pressure in a fast-paced atmosphere and assist our VP of Retail & Operations with many aspects our growing business- Must be organized and up to speed on Microsoft Office, especially Excel. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN THIS ROLE OR SIMILAR IS REQUIRED. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages all maintenance/repair related requests from start to finish for stores by working with vendors. These requests include: Security systems, Store cleaning services, HVAC/Heating/Plumbing/Electric, Flowers/Water. 
  • Coordinate & track company sales contests/spiffs/leaderboards. Ensure all communications/prizes go out in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate district associate schedules and track PTOs
  • Work with stores and submit monthly supply orders
  • E-Commerce support back up
  • Coordinate and book travel
  • Organize and keep track of all retail expenses
  • Send out regular communication memos to retail associates regarding operations updates
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time Mon-Fri

Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
