(RMS), a leading national merchandising company serving various retailers, is offering an immediate opportunity for a Part-Time Merchandising Representative in your area. As an RMS employee, you will assist in retail stores on a weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time basis. Responsibilities include servicing stores within a 15-mile radius of your home, with part-time hours that typically range from 7-14 hours per week, subject to seasonal fluctuations.

Compensation

• Hourly rate: $10 - $13
• Reimbursement for mileage ($0.45 per mile) and drive time ($10 per hour or local minimum wage, whichever is higher) when working in stores outside of your designated area

• Follow project directives promptly and accurately, which may involve stocking products, conducting audits, placing stickers, data collection, and display maintenance
• Submit project completion reports through the RMS Web Portal or Mobile App, including required photos
• Prepare for assigned tasks by reviewing instructions, ensuring necessary supplies, and checking project-specific communications
• Make informed decisions regarding issue escalation and deadline adherence
• Cultivate professional relationships with store personnel and RMS colleagues
• Adhere to physical demands like lifting, standing, walking, and bending, as needed

• Retail and/or merchandising understanding
• Access to reliable transportation within a 15-mile radius
• Internet access with printing capabilities
• Smart device with iOS or Android, data plan, and photo capabilities
• Effective communication skills
