This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:

You are excited about creating high-quality, on-brand concepts for the Tory Burch customer worldwide, from our North America region to International incuding: China, Japan, Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East, and Latin America. You have a great eye for detail and desire to play a key role in maintaining an innovative design aesthetic, taking the Tory Burch brand to the next level! You have a passion for and great understanding of fashion/luxury concept design and are eager to bring your skills to a great brand. You are also a skilled 3D designer and team player who is resourceful, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

A Day in the Life:

The typical day is... atypical. You might be rendering a major Global window concept, designing full-scale Pop Ups, Pop Ins and Outposts, compiling creative presentation decks for executive reviews, sourcing inspiration swipe, creating signage formats and templates, supporting and detailing graphics for VM Guidelines/directives, building presentation boards and displays, or just jumping in where needed. No job is too big or too small!

In this role, you'll be translating brand-building and business-driving objectives into technically-rendered visualized concepts that are clear, compelling, exciting, emotionally engaging, as well as seamlessly owning projects from concept to execution. The consistent thread is that you'll be working with an amazing team of creative people who share your passion for excellence!

To Land This Role:

• Three-to-five years of experience in concept design rendering/creative graphics; Luxury brand experience a plus!
• High technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up. 3D rendering a must!
• Strong creative abilities, sophisticated sense of color, precision in scale/proportion, up-to-date on current trends/comps
• Exceptional attention to detail, multi-tasking and organizational capabilities to effectively deliver in a timely manner (Operational Excellence!)
• Experience working cross-functionally and synthesizing respective input with agility ('navigating the pivots')
• Able to confidently present and speak to work in both written and verbal formats and to give and receive feedback well

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this position is 75,000.00 USD - 95,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
