You have experience in fashion Ready-to-Wear product development, sourcing, and/or production. You have an understanding of Sport/Active product creation. Most importantly, you are excited to be a part of a dynamic, creative environment and love building aesthetically and quality authentic product while achieving financial goals.

A Day in the Life:

The Product Development Senior Associate will lead the development of the Ready-to-Wear Sport product and be a key liaison between the teams of Design, Materials, Merchandising, Production, and Tech Design. The Sr. Associate will also be responsible for managing the calendar, timing, pricing, allocation, keeping the Design team on track, and communicating with all cross-functional teams and categories (knit, woven, and sweaters). The Sr. Associate will maintain support on large-scale, fast-moving seasonal developments adhering to the operation timeline while focused on efficient leadership across RTW Sport. Responsible for articulating timeliness, requirements, accuracy, and execution of samples to cross-functional teams.

To Land This Role:

BA in related to Fashion Design, Production, Merchandising, or Project Management, or similar role.
4 years of prior experience in fashion, product/project management, or production preferred.
Outstanding project management skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple work streams in parallel.
Self-starter who is eager to learn and find new ways to solve problems while inspiring collaboration.
Experience working with local and overseas manufacturing.
Understanding of product lead times and garment construction.
Demonstrated proficiency within Microsoft and Adobe applications.
Proficiency in PLM-related software.
Ability to be flexible and support change initiatives within the division and work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be creative and resourceful, with a demonstrated ability to innovate solutions to development challenges.

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this position is 80,000.00 USD - 95,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
