Overview

As the Sr. Manager, Global Visual Merchandising at Crocs you will play a crucial role in enhancing the consumer experience in key retailers and crocs brand stores worldwide. For this newly created position, we are seeking a strategic, operational creative leader who will be dedicated to understanding consumer insights, regional differences, brand cohesion, shopping behaviors, and customer journeys.

What You'll Do

  • Support Global Director in establishing VM annual strategy & VM Playbooks by channel.
  • Work closely with global and regional merchandising/marketing teams to ensure the consistent delivery of an elevated and relevant consumer experience across all regions/channels.
  • Define global mapping strategy by channel and align globally developed seasonal maps with regional partners, driving seasonal key stories in product assortment, space allocation, segmentation, and placement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and craft dynamic content that addresses current trends, products, customer challenges, as well as sales and marketing requirements.
  • Supervise, develop, and mentor the visual merchandising team to help foster a strong, energetic, productive, and creative team.
  • Own VM GTM calendar for both global and regional operations. Determine actions based on GTM presentations. Help manage mock store schedule and set ups.
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive set of global standards, guidelines, trainings & visual tools for crocs retail & wholesale stores, ensuring uniformity worldwide.
  • Provide content for store training and help deliver to Field Teams to ensure consistent on-brand execution.
  • Evaluate seasonal floorset from each region and create comprehensive recaps to be shared with cross-functional, regional, and global partners.
  • Manage the evolution of the Store Design Playbook for distribution among regional teams, and external partners.
  • Adapt store design elements to keep pace with the evolving needs of the business and supports region-specific design solutions and ideations, tailoring them to unique regional requirements.

What You'll Bring to the Table
  • 8+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising and or/ Visual Operations in a footwear/apparel environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Operates with a global, strategic, and tactical perspective in setting and achieving expectations.
  • Communicates effectively and with a global perspective; develops and maintains professional relationships with internal and external business partners and vendors. Promotes and cultivates strong interpersonal relationships through effective communication.
  • Innovative leader with people, process and execution. Stays up to date on competitive visual and activation trends to glean best practices.
  • Ability to travel required.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe suite (InDesign, illustrator, Photoshop and Sketch up)
  • Project management experience leading complex global projects.
  • Strong understanding of unique cultural needs and requirements with experience translating and appropriately tailoring global guidelines in a regionally relevant way.

Salary or Pay Range: $120,000-$130,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
