Overview

The Senior Merchandiser -Wholesale is a cross-functional collaborator who is responsible for building compelling and productive assortments for the Crocs wholesale partners while supporting revenue and brand goals. This is a highly data-driven role, in charge of identifying and advocating for profitable product needs and market opportunities to influence the global range plan creation, considering stores' capacities. The Manager, Global Merchandising- Wholesale will act as the credible voice of Merchandising for our global Wholesale channels. In this role, you will be supporting strategy and establishing the overall merchandising vision aligned to business objectives. You will balance bringing the Crocs brand vision to life while balancing sales, revenue, profitability, and productivity goals. We are looking for someone with a strong collaborative working style, as this role combines consumer and marketplace trend info, account/buyer feedback and input from the sales team to build the future. What You'll Do

  • Be the consumer guide: lead conversations, educate others, and demonstrate constantly evolving insights to shape overall merchandising vision.
  • Develop specific seasonal assortments for key account partners within the channel to create a differentiated marketplace.
  • Drive a growth-focused strategic vision and seasonal assortment creation for all personalization, including Jibbitz and out-licensing.
  • Present seasonal product stories and assortments to sales partners to educate them and enable effective sell-in meetings.
  • Integrate regional merchandising team input on pre-season assortment needs, opportunities, and gaps: Communicate voice of the consumer feedback to the product team.
  • Collaborate with Global marketing on product stories and ensure they support key commercial moments.
  • Analyze global product, consumer, and competitor trends to impact assortment decisions for channels across the globe. Recap in-season business, tracking KPIs, and communicating results to cross-functional partners.
  • Collaborate with Category Management partnership preparation for seasonal milestone meetings.
  • Provide support for key seasonal GTM gate deck preparation.
  • Lead marketplace reviews and hindsight.
What You'll Bring to the Table
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of dynamic experience Merchandising.
  • Experience in the footwear industry and Athletic Specialty preferred.
  • Knowledge of consumer trends with the ability to translate into commercial concepts.
  • Strong understanding of the marketplace and competitor landscape.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel. Power Point, Word).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Confirmed ability to optimally work in a highly cross-functional matrix environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically.
