HUGO BOSS is looking for anew talent to join our team in Barkarby Outlet. We are looking for aservice minded, committed and ambitious full time Stockroom Supervisor.As a Stockroom Supervisor, you will take ownership to control all stockroom operations, in our external stockroom in Spånga, Stockholm, to drive commercial success. This will be done with the support of both our Store manager in our Barkaby Outlet Store and our Supply Chain Manager. The position will report directly to the Store Manager in the day-to-day operation but will also have close collaboration with our Supply Chain Team at our Head office in Copenhagen.

What you can expect:

People

- Responsible for coaching & developing stockroom team members

- Responsible for implementing provided training tools

- Responsible for preparing & conducting appraisals with Stock team

Product

- Responsible for processing deliveries from our stores & movement of merchandise to our 2 Swedish Outlet stores

- Manage Value Added Services process (labelling, tagging etc.)

- Responsible for the organization, availability & accessibility of merchandise

Performance

- Responsible for all operations for loss prevention & stock management

- Build & maintain a strong commercial awareness of competitors & local markets

Customer Service & CRM

- Manage product flow between the stockroom & sales floor

Processes & Systems

- Responsible that all company policies & procedures are followed (Health & Safety, Store Operations Manual, Global Staff Uniform etc.)

- Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology

Your profile:

- Experience in a similar position where the ability to meet & exceed targets has been demonstrated

- Previous experience in leading stock team members

- Commercial mindset

- Excellent communication skills at all levels

- Ability to be flexible & adaptable to the need of the business

- Experience in networking & building relationships

- Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology

- Willingness to constantly learn & develop

- Passionate & knowledgeable about the brand
