T-Shirt and apparel designer - Contract to Hire

We are seeking experienced, creative graphic designer to join our

start-up team and contribute to the growing designs that we have listed and are selling.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and producing T-shirt and other clothing designs.

Our team will do the research into the niches and provide you with slogans and design styles to create the designs.

The pay will be base + performance commissions/bonuses.

Responsibilities:

- Create designs concepts that are sent to you.

- Comply with and utilize our systems for task management, revisions and best practices.

- Participate in short meetings when needed (not often).

- Keep the task management app up to date with your work

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a graphic designs working on clothing designs

- Knowledge of clothing trends, styles & best practices when designing.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.

- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Schedule:

We will send work to you throughout the week, but when you complete the designs is up to you.

Experience:

Graphic Design: 2 years experience

Pay: There is a $200-$400 monthly base offered + bonuses based on sales count.

Expectation for delivery is 25 designs/week

FULLY Remote + semi-flexible schedule!

Must complete a Zoom interview + skills test prior to hiring.
