Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Merchandiser to join our team. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and layouts that enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers. Your keen eye for design and attention to detail will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our brand.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to attract and engage customers

- Create eye-catching displays that showcase our products in an appealing manner

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and promotions

- Utilize market trends and customer insights to inform merchandising decisions

- Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels and replenishing merchandise as needed

- Collaborate with store management to ensure proper execution of visual merchandising plans

- Follow planograms and layout designs to ensure consistent presentation of products

- Use retail math skills to accurately price merchandise and calculate discounts

- Operate cash registers when necessary

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in visual merchandising or a related field is preferred

- Proficient in visual design software and tools

- Strong understanding of retail math principles

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.30 - $19.30 per hour
