Here is your opportunity to join the team of the international fashion brand Nanushka International Zrt. as Visual Merchandiser in the marketing area.

Role Mission

As a Visual Merchandiser, your role will be to implement and maintain all visual directives and standards for interior merchandising, windows and in store special events to ensure the consistency of all product categories in the store.

You will support the business strategy and contribute to the Client experience inside the store.

Key Responsibilities

Create guidelines following company image standards for the stores to implement
Ensure guidelines are followed and products are displayed properly in line with product and commercial strategy and documented
Partner with the Merchandising team to prepare and execute store zoning and product rotation
Liaise with external vendors for in-store VM purposes and window creations
Manage the seasonal showroom set-ups and breakdowns
Work closely with the Marketing team on the execution of wholesale / retail pop-ups
Ongoing training of store staff in visual merchandising standards (such as permanent and seasonal visual merchandising guidelines)
Global travel to execute projects on the ground
Ad-hoc management of office upgrades
Create and own detailed project plans/trackers, manage budget and track invoices
Manage logistic for international showrooms and pop ups including return shipments

Key Requirements

2-3 years of experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies
Strong creative hand with ability to research and communicate key ideas to drive visual standards
Computer literate, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
Excellent communication skills and ability to interface regularly with internal and external personnel at all levels
Ability to work in a fast and constantly changing environment
High level of organisation and coordination with different departments at any level of the company
Existing network of global vendors is a plus
