Visual Merchandiser/Assistant Manager
```Duties```
- Create visually appealing displays and layouts to attract customers and promote products
- Collaborate with store management to develop and implement visual merchandising strategies
- Ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and organized according to brand standards
- Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels and replenishing displays as needed
- Collaborate with sales team to understand customer preferences and optimize product placement
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience in visual merchandising or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
- Sales experience is a plus, as visual merchandisers may be responsible for selling products directly to customers
- Knowledge of inventory control practices and procedures
- Familiarity with the ability to follow visual merchandising guidelines
